Babatunde set to complete Qatar switch this month

Nigeria international Michael Babatunde’s transfer to Qatari club SC
Qatar will be completed this month, fcnaija.com reports.

Twenty-three-year-old Babatunde agreed to join SC Qatar from Raja
Casablanca last month in a deal worth $3.2m and it has now been
confirmed that he will complete the move between later this month.

“The deal is complete and he will move later this month,” his agent, Nureni Makanjuola told fcnaija.com

Babatunde has been in good form since joining the Moroccan giants in February after joining from Dnipro of Ukraine.

His performances have made him a fan’s favourite at the Greens, but
they could not stop him from leaving them so soon given the massive bid
that came from the Qatari club.

Babatunde has also previously played for Volyn Lutsk and Kryvbas both in Ukraine before moving to Morocco earlier in the year.
