Super Eagles striker Osaze Odemwingie has ceased being a Stoke City player after he was released by the club.
Odemwingie, 34, spent the latter part of last season on loan at Bristol City and with his contract with Stoke expiring at the end of this month, the Potters have elected not to renew terms with the Nigeria international.
According to a statement on their website, Stoke announced that they will not be offering fresh terms to the striker.
Odemwingie began his professional career in Europe with La Louviere in Belgium, but not before kick-starting with Bendel Insurance in Nigeria.
He went on to represent Lille in France, Locomotive Moscow, West Bromwich Albion and CardiffCity.
He joined Stoke from Cardiff in January of 2014 from Cardiff.
It remains unclear where his next port of call will be, but it is believed he will not be short of offers in Chine, the middle east and even the MLS in America.
