Enyimba manager Paul Aigbogun was left disappointed by his sides goalless draw against high-flying Rivers United in the week 21 match of the Nigeria Professional Football League.
A visibly disappointed Aigbogun refused to speak to the media after the game but Stanley Eguma took the time to address questions afterwards.
“The two sides played good football and the game was enjoyable.
“It was a compact and keenly-contested game and the only thing lacking was a goal.
“If we had taken the chances that came our way, we could have even won the game,” he told Rivers United Media.
The point leaves United in third place on the NPFL log with 35 points from 20 matches, two points adrift of the leaders, Wikki Tourists.
Champions, Enyimba are in sixth place with 31 points from 19 matches.
