Four budding talents of Nigerian descent have all been retained by English Premier League giants, Arsenal FC for the 2016/17 season.
The players are Super Eagles striker Alex Iwobi, England U21 international Chuba Akpom, who was away on loan all through the just concluded season at Premier League newcomers Hull City.
The duo of Tolaji Bola and Aaron Eyoma also made the Arsenal retained and released list to the Premier League.
Coach Arsene Wenger sanctioned that the four players of Nigerian descent should remain at the club ahead of the start of pre-season training.
Amongst the quartet, Iwobi and Akpom have played competitively for the first team of Arsenal while Bola and Eyoma have no first team appearances to their name at the moment.
Recall that Eyoma 18, penned a professional contract with the London side in the winter transfer market.
