PSG Give Up On Race To Sign Neymar From Barcelona

Neymar not joining PSG – SPORT
French club Paris Saint Germain have finally dropped their pursuit to sign FC Barcelona forward Neymar this summer as revealed by Catalan publication SPORT who reports that the Brazilian is happy at Camp Nou and is willing to stay for many more years.
According to French source L’Equipe, Neymar is the player the PSG board like the most and are ready to pay anything to get the player as replacement for top marksman Zlatan Ibrahimovic who will be leaving this summer but SPORT reports that the player is very likely to continue at the Catalan club despite his recent difficult periods off the pitch and also being in contact with the French capital.
According to SPORT, PSG know they will need a miracle for Neymar to arrive as he is happy to play alongside Lionel Messi and Neymar and form the best attacking Trident in football history. The player has a contract at Barça until 2018 and is currently in negotiations with the club to extend it, something that is likely to happen and be official at the end of this season.
Recently, Neymar, Barcelona and Brazil National Football Team reached an agreement that will see the player take part in just the Olympic games and not the Copa America, a huge sign that he still has a good relationship with Barça and surely will stay for at least next season. The club sees him as Messi’s heir and SPORT made it known that for Neymar to leave, PSG will have to wait and it means their next target will be Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo.
