Top officials of Spanish top-flight league La Liga are due on a working visit to Nigeria from next Sunday.
“The officials will arrive Nigeria from Sunday in continuation of our working agreement,” disclosed chairman of the League Management Company (LMC), Shehu Dikko.
Both the Nigeria league and La Liga are exploring areas of co-operation and collaboration.
Last month, both leagues signed a pact in Madrid.
La Liga boost of top clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid with their superstars Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and the competition is closely followed in Nigeria on pay television.
The officials will depart Nigeria on Tuesday, April 26.
