Nigeria’s Olympic team, Dream Team VI, will feature at the annual Toulon Tournament in the south of France next month as part of their build-up for the Rio Olympics, AfricanFootball.com reports.
The tournament organisers confirmed Nigeria will participate in the 44th edition, which will be played from May 18 to 29.
This will be the second time Nigeria will feature at the Toulon Football Festival, which was founded in 1967.
The Flying Eagles played in the 2013 edition on their way to the U20 World Cup in Turkey.
This year’s tournament will be used by countries to preparefor the Rio Olympics in August.
Some of the qualifiers for the Olympics have already confirmed their participation at the Toulon tourney. They include Japan, South Africa, Mexico, Portugal and Colombia.
