Isaac Success Helps Granada Secure a Point


Granada settled for a 3 – 3 draw with Sporting Gijon in the Primera División on Monday night after throwing away a two – goal advantage in the closing minutes of the tie at the Estadio Municipal El Molinón.

Nigeria Under 20 international Isaac Success netted his second goal in La Liga to give the Andalusian side a 2 – 1 lead after he was set up by Javi Márquez, and Youssef El – Arabi scored the third goal in the 73rd minute.

Nacho Cases found the back of the net for Sporting Gijon in the 88th minute and Guerrero netted the eventual equaliser.

Success was subbed out in the 83rd minute after picking up his third caution in four matches in the 64th minute.

Granada, who are the basement team in La Liga, are winless in their last six matches.
