Hull City’s Sone Aluko Ends 1,158-Minute Goal Drought



Hull City maintained their unbeaten start to the new English Championship season after beating Fulham 2 – 1 at the KC Stadium on Wednesday night.
In his first start of the 2015 – 16 season, Nigeria international Sone Aluko netted the game – winner four minutes from time.
Ahmed El Mohamady opened scoring for the home team in the 34th minute before Tom Cairney restored parity for the Londoners in the 69th minute.[post_ad]
Before ending his goal drought, Sone Aluko spent a total of 1,158 minutes on the pitch and had 20 games under his belt in the league alone without finding back of the net.
Prior to Wednesday’s encounter, the 26 – year – old last scored in a competitive fixture on December 3, 2014 in Hull City’s 1 – 1 draw with Everton.
