NPFL Match-day 20 Preview and Fixtures



The Nigerian Premier League returns this weekend and all is set for the 20 participating teams to battle again, as the second stanza of the 2014/15 league season kicks off.

Here are the fixtures for match-day 20, which will take place in respective match venues across the federation.

>El-Kanemi warriors vs 3sc

>Wikki Tourist v Heartland

>Dolphins v Nasarawa United

>Giwa FC v Kwara United

>FC Ifeanyi Ubah v Abia Warriors

>Sharks v Warri Wolves

>FC Taraba v Sunshine Stars

>Enyimba v Rangers

>Bayelsa United v Akwa United

>Kano Pillars v Lobi Stars

The star match of the day is between League veterans, Kano Pillars as they host to arch rival Lobi Stars of Makurdi.
The Enyimba versus Rangers match is definitely going to be outstanding.

However, Sunshine stars of Akure is topping the table with 36 points in 19 played matches, Enyimba International is cutting them to the chase with 36 points as well, in 19 played matches.

Sunshine stars is only ahead of Enyimba international with goals difference. Week 20 match results will determine the original table topper between Enyimba and Sunshine Stars.
Kano pillars is the defending champion of the Nigeria Premier League.
