CAF disciplinary committee on Sunday May 24 sat on the matter amongst other issues with the continental football governing body
making its decision public on Tuesday.
But Wolves official told Complete Sports Wednesday morning that they will look into the development and come up with an appeal, claiming that 12-month suspension is too much for a player who earns his living and fends for his family through football.
“We’ll appeal against the suspension. 12 months is too long a period for a player to be off the game. He has his career to protect and family to take care of,” offers Moses Etu, manager, media and publicity of the club.
“First, we’ll speak with the player and come out with a statement,” Etu added.
