It may be possible that his new employees warned him that
Real Madrid fans are fickle but Gareth Bale failed to heed these warnings. The midfielder has been under target by fans
due to Madrid’s recent poor form.
The midfielder has not scored for the Spanish giants
in nine matches since he converted a penalty against Cordoba on January 24 and
is struggling to shake off the perception that he neglects his defensive duties
and tries to shoot for the goal when his team mates are better placed. It seems they have all but forgotten his debut
in Madrid when he scored the winning goal against Barcelona in the King’s Cup
Final and scoring in the Champion League match against Atletico Madrid. There’s an even a possibility that he may be
sold back to the English Premier League with Manchester United showing interest
though what a new player would do for Van Gaal is a mystery in my view.
Bale has the opportunity to correct this perception
this weekend when Madrid meets Levante in a must win match if they are to keep
up with Rivals Barcelona and third place Atletico Madrid
