Chrisantus joins Greek side AEK Athens



Nigerian striker Macauley Chrisantus has joined Greek side AEK Athens on a three and a half year deal after being released by Sivasspor.
Chrisantus who was one of the four players axed by his former club has been handed the jersey number 99.

The former Las Palmas forward told the club website aekfc.gr that he is delighted to join the club.

“It’s a great feeling to be in such a big club and in such a good professional environment,”
“I know AEK are a large group of the most successful in Greece, and I want to help her and I get to even more success in the future.” he concluded.
Chrisantus joined Sivasspor on a three-year deal last summer from Spanish second division side Las Palmas.
