FIFA Refuses To Interfere In NFF’s Problems

World football governing body, FIFA has responded to a letter sent to it by Ikechukwu Igbokwe, one of the petitioners against the September 30, 2014 Nigeria Football Federation elections which brought about the Amaju Pinnick board.
Igbokwe had written to FIFA to direct the Nigeria Football Federation to institute an arbitration panel to hear his case, which FIFA obliged, but with a proviso that it was an internal matter which should be dealt with internally.
But with the NFF seemingly reluctant to institute the arbitration panel, Igbokwe once again wrote to Zurich, asking FIFA to compel the NFF to institute the panel.
According to sl10.ng FIFA has replied Igbokwe yet again, maintaining that they are not in a position to intervene.
