Emem Eduok’s Reaction To NFF expulsion

Emem Eduok has admitted he doesn’t deserve to be in the Super Eagles team after he was thrown out by the NFF following his transfer saga with Sarspsorg 08 of Norway and Esperance of Tunisia.
The second top scorer in the Nigeria Premier League was asked to leave the Super Eagles camp on Tuesday by the NFF due to the transfer imbroglio he’s currently involved in after signing professional contracts in Norway and Tunisia.
And following the latest development, the 20-year old says he has lost his concentration and doesn’t deserve to be with the team at the moment, adding that he must now face the consequences of his actions.
“I don’t think I should be with them (Eagles) because I was not concentrating anymore, I was just thinking and I agree with them (NFF). I have to go, it is the right thing to do. I’m a man and I have to face whatsoever comes up.
“I appreciate and I have nothing to worry about, so I think it’s the right thing to do. I’m in Abuja now, but I will leave today (Wednesday). It is the right thing for me to do now, I have to go home because I have to decide my future and go where I want to go,” Eduok told Brila FM.
Eduok was one of the revelations of the 2014 Nigeria Professional Football League season, scoring 25 goals in all competitions – both for club and country – and was tipped for great things, but the sad reality is that he may be banned from the game for a couple of years by FIFA if the issue is not resolved amicably
