Broke Maccabi Offers Kayode To Celtic

Maccabi Netanya have offered Nigerian international Olarenwaju Kayode to
Glasgow Celtic, as the club are desperate for the money.
Kayode has been a key play for Maccabi this season and is among the top goal-scorers in the division, but reports suggest that the former Flying Eagles star could be on the move.
It has now emerged that the club are desperate to sell the Nigerian in order to avoid going bankrupt.
“Without rapid cuts in the squad, the club may enter a process of dissolution,” said Yossi Mizrahi, Netanya’s head coach.
“We have no money to pay off players’ contracts, so we must try to sell.”
Kayode’s agent, Dudu Dahan, believes a deal will be concluded soon for the player.
“We believe the transfer will soon come to a conclusion and there are Belgian clubs, as well as Celtic, interested.” Dahan told express.co.uk
