Sorry Devils! Daley Blind Suffers Injury And Could Be Out For A Long Time

A very unfavourable international duty for the red devils as Midfielder Daley Blind suffered a knee injury whilst on international duty.

First Michael Carrick had to pull out of the England squad with an injury, then David De Gea dislocated his finger in Spain’s training.
Now, it is bad news regarding £13.8 million summer signing Daley Blind.
The versatile player was in action for The Netherlands against Latvia, but limped out of proceedings after 19 minutes of the game.
It looked bad. A knee injury is never good just as it seems and Manchester United fans would immediately have been worried over his potential lay-off.
Unfortunately, it does indeed look bad.
Holland manager Guus Hiddink, who of course took over from Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal this summer, has confirmed that the injury looks serious and could be worse than it seems.
He told reporters after the game: “It doesn’t look good. It’s his medial ligament. It could be a strain, but it could also be a tear. So that’s a big blow.”
Those we-do-not-want-to-hear words certainly do not sound good for Manchester United and its fans, who have been plagued with injury problems this season.
They will be hoping the early assessment proves to be false.
Blind joins Argentine Marcos Rojo who sustained an Injury against Manchester City and may return mid-december.
