FC Barcelona forward, Neymar scored all four goals in Brazil’s 0-4 friendly win over Japan on Tuesday and the the 22-year-old admitted that not even he knows his limits.
In his post-match press conference, Neymar spoke about his performance and the goals he scored in the win.
“I don’t know my own limits.
“I get goose pimples. It’s a trip, a great joy to realise this dream. I could never have imagined doing this for the national team, not in my wildest dreams. I feel very happy and I’m grateful to God.”
Neymar went on to praise Brazilian coach Carlo Dunga for giving him the green light to fire at will.
“He told us that the best way of showing respect to the opponent is to do everything you can to beat them. And that’s what we did.
“I look to score goals, but not for individual success but to help my team mates and the Brazilian national team.”
Neymar has bagged 40 goals for Brazil and is the first player ever to score four goals in a game for the Brazilian national team.
