Alen Halilovic is a croatian midfielder who plays for FC Barcelona B-team. The light-haired left-footer was born on 18 June, 1996 and has an outrageous playing style that is similar to Lionel Messi’s. He is arguably one of the best talents in Liga Adelante.

1. Halilovic was born on 18 June, 1996 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

2. Being a left-footer, and due his unique style of play, he is often dubbed as ‘CROATIAN MESSI’ by people who know him well.

3. He became in 2012 the youngest debutant in the history of Dinamo Zagreb at 16 years 101 days.

4. His goal in Dinamo’s 4-1 win against Slaven Belupo on 8th October, 2012 made him the youngest goal scorer in the League’s history at 16 years 112 days.

5. His UCL debut against PSG on 24th October, 2012 made him the youngest Dinamo player to ever feature in the competition and UCL’s second youngest player ever.

6. He became Croatia’s youngest ever debutant on 10th June, 2013 in a friendly match against Portugal.

7. On 2nd May, 2014, Barcelona signed him on a 5-year deal for an estimated €2.2million.

8. He is widely considered as one of the most promising young talents of European Football.

9. His father, Sejad was a former Croatian and Bosnian international who also played for Dinamo Zagreb.
