Daughter of former Super Eagles star, Evelyn Ijeh, has penned a three-year deal to extend her stay with AC Milan following her impressive stint with the Italian outfit, Soccernet.ng reports.
Evelyn, the daughter of an ex-Super Eagles striker, joined the Rossoneri on loan from Mexican club Tigres Femenil in January and has since proven her worth for a long-term deal.
The forward, eligible to play for the Super Falcons of Nigeria, scored four goals in her 19 appearances for the Italian women’s team in the concluding 2023-24 season.
As a result, she will continue to display her impressive performance for the Milan women until June 2027, when her contract will expire.
“AC Milan is delighted to announce that Evelyn Ijeh has joined the Club on a permanent deal from Club Tigres Femenil UANL. The Swedish forward, who joined AC Milan on loan in January, picked up 15 appearances and 4 goals for the Rossonere. Evelyn has signed a contract with the Club until 30 June 2027,” AC Milan wrote on their official website.
Evelyn Ijeh has also taken to her Instagram page to share the news, further sealing her commitment to the club.

Although Evelyn was previously linked with playing for the Super Falcons of Nigeria, her chances have become blurrier since she played for the Swedish national team and was recently called to the senior national team.
Evelyn and her sister, Josephine, were previously called up by Randy Waldrum to play for the Super Falcons on a different occasion.
