Super Eagles and Arsenal legend Kanu Nwankwo was recently spotted having a good time at a party, Soccernet.ng reports.

The former Arsenal forward remains one of the greatest players in African history, winning several League titles during his active years.

The ex-Super Eagles player was recently captured on the dance floor at an event. Kanu showcased some dance steps as he grooved to the rhythm of the band, with popular musician Segun Johnson singing the football legend’s praise and chanting his nickname “Papilo”.

Following his retirement in 2010, the former forward has been involved in various ventures within the football scene, including owning his own football club called “Papilo FC”.

Kanu is also committed to giving back to society and helping those in need, particularly in healthcare. The football legend owns the “Kanu Heart Foundation”, which is dedicated to helping underprivileged African children and young adults with heart-related ailments get the treatment they need.

Although he has hung up his boots, Kanu remains an ardent supporter of the Nigerian national team, constantly cheering on the Super Eagles and encouraging the players.

The celebrated sportsman will be among the footballers and public figures participating in the Troost Ekong Foundation charity match set to take place in June.
