WATCH: “No to racism”- Napoli show support for Osimhen, Juan Jesus, others following incident in Inter Milan match

Italian Serie A champions Napoli have shared a video on their social page to show their stand against racism following an incident in their 1-1 draw against Inter Milan on Sunday, Soccernet.ng reports.

Italy has been a hotspot for racism in recent years. A lot of black players have been victims of it over the years. Stars like Sulley Muntari, Samuel Umtiti, and Joel Obi have been victims of racist comments.

Even Victor Osimhen was a victim last year when Napoli posted a video of him on their TikTok- an issue that caused a lot of controversy among football fans.

The latest case is the Francesco Acerbi – Juan Jesus situation. Both players were involved in Inter Milan Vs Napoli’s game over the weekend, and according to reports, Jesus stated that Acerbi made some racist comments towards him. This situation has caused a lot of controversy in Italy’s squad for the international break. However, both players have now been taken off the team as the Italian FA is conducting an investigation into the matter.

In a new development, Napoli have shared a video on their social media page featuring their players making a stand against racism.

Osimhen, Mathias Oliveira, Stanislav Lobotka, Hamed Traore, Jesper Lindstrom, and other players are pictured making their stand against racism.
