Watch: Moment Ronaldo’s favourite fan struggles to pronounce Samuel Chukwueze’s name

Samuel Chukwueze joined AC Milan from Villarreal CF after piquing the interest of the Italian Serie A giants in the 2022-23 season campaign

American YouTuber and football enthusiast, Darren Watkins, widely known as IShowSpeed, has gained significant attention on social media due to his humorous difficulty in pronouncing the name of Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze, Soccernet.ng reports.

IShowSpeed is famous for his unwavering passion for football, particularly his admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as his entertaining reactions to various events in the football world.

While he primarily creates gaming content on YouTube, recently focusing on EA Sports FC 24 (formerly FIFA), his most recent video took an unexpected turn.

In this viral video, Speed excitedly unpacked an Ultimate Team pack, discovering Nigerian international Samuel Chukwueze.

His initial enthusiasm upon seeing the Nigerian flag quickly shifted to confusion when he spotted the AC Milan badge alongside the former Villarreal winger.

In a humorous attempt to pronounce Chukwueze’s name, Speed hilariously struggled with the unfamiliar phonetics.

Meanwhile, Samuel Chukwueze, one of the Super Eagles’ stars, made a notable move during the summer transfer window. The 24-year-old forward completed a transfer to the renowned Italian club, AC Milan, from Villarreal.

While Chukwueze has made five appearances in Serie A since joining Milan, he is yet to contribute any goals. Hence, Stefano Pioli picking Christian Pulisic ahead of him.

Despite his performance, the former Villarreal star will be looking to challenge for his place when the Milan outfit welcomes Lazio to San Siro for other Matchday 6 Serie A tie.
