In Russia, Chinonyerem Macleans was in fine form for Lokomotiv Moscow, netting a late winner against Rostov to continue her impressive start to the season.
In Saudi Arabia, Odion Ighalo was the standout performer for Al Hilal, scoring a well-taken brace to guide his side to a comfortable 2-0 win over Al Khaleej.
