The 26-year-old striker joined Mkachkha in January, but he has been shown the exit door after barely six months
Four-time CAF Champions League winners Esperance de Tunis have parted ways with Super Eagles striker Kingsley Eduwo.
Eduwo joined the Tunisian champions on a free transfer in January this year. However, since his arrival in Tunisia, the 26-year-old failed to add value to his team.
Eduwo recorded three goals in 21 appearances for Esperance de Tunis. Nonetheless, Mkachkha did enough to claim the Tunisian league.
Unfortunately, Eduwo will not remain in the capital city, as the four-time CAF champions revealed via their social media handle that they had ended their association with Eduwo by mutual consent.
Eduwo has had a nomadic career. The former Lobi Stars striker has played for seven different clubs in the last ten years. In fact, his erstwhile stint at Esperance de Tunis was his second time in Tunisia after he left CS Sfaxien in 2021.
The Nigerian forward has also featured for Sunshine Stars, Iraqi side Al-Najaf, and UAE side Al Urooba.
The 26-year-old made his debut for the Super Eagles in 2017, under coach Gernot Rohr.
