Super Eagles forward inches closer to Hertha Berlin move

The CSKA Moscow forward had ten goal contributions in 30 games last season and is set to spend the next one year in the Bundesliga

Super Eagles forward, Chidera Ejuke is set for a move to Hertha Berlin on loan, according to Bild.

Ejuke scored five goals and five assists last season and helped CSKA finish in a respectable position on the log.

With former Dinamo Moscow coach, Sandro Schwarz joining Hertha Berlin, he considered the Super Eagles winger as one of his transfer targets.

Per Bild, Ejuke has given Schwarz his word and will play the next year at the capital club on a contract that has no provision for a permanent move.

Ejuke is one of the most exciting wingers in European football and has a reputation for his runs and dribbles.

His career has however not taken the lights yet as a move to Russia hasn’t panned out exactly as he would desire.

The former Heerenveen star will however have a chance to star in a major European league next season in the Bundesliga.
