Liberia Vs Nigeria Confirmed lineup; Osihmen starts ahead of Ighalo as Ndidi gets back on the starting 11

The Super Eagles of Nigeria take on the Leon stars of Liberia shortly. Gernot Rohr’s team sheet has been announced as the players get ready for kick-off.

Gernot Rohr has opted for an attacking 4-4-2 formation this time as he looks to break down Liberia’s defense 

New Watford signing Maduka Okoye will start in goal for Nigeria

The famous ‘Oyibo wall’ of Leone Balogun and William Stroot-Ekong starts at the heart of defense. Chidozie Awaziem and Jamilu Collins will play the right-back and left-back positions respectively.

Returning from injury, Wilfred Ndidi makes it into the midfield alongside Joe Aribo. They are flanked by Simon Moses on the right and Alex Iwobi to the left.

Kelechi Iheanacho partners Napoli star Victor Osimhen in the attack.
