‘When a world class coach like Jose Mourinho walk up to me’-Super Eagles star on meeting ex-Chelsea manager

The Portuguese tactician is one of the greatest managers the game has ever seen, and a Nigerian player could not hide his excitement after speaking with him

Super Eagles star Anthony Nwakaeme has expressed his delight at speaking to former Manchester United and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

Nwakaeme was part of the Trabzonspor team that took on Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma in the second leg of their UEFA Europa Conference League at the Stadio Olimpico on Thursday.

Although Trabzonspor lost 3-0 that day and 5-1 on aggregate, Nwakaeme was happy he got the chance to speak to Mourinho.

The former Tottenham manager was seen talking to Nwakaeme as Roma prepared to take a throw-in during the game.

Following the game, Nwakaeme could not hide his excitement as he took to his Instagram page to post the video of the unforgettable moment.

“When A World Class Coach Like Jose Mourinho Walk Up To Me During The Game If I Tell You The Story,” Nwakaeme said in the caption.

The one-cap Super Eagles star has been a rich vein of form for Trabzonspor this season, scoring three times in six appearances.
