Former Man Utd striker, Ekong congratulate Dennis as Watford unveil Super Eagles star

The Super Eagles star appeared in the Hornets training gear for the first time since joining the new Premier League side

Watford have unveiled some pictures of their new signing Emmanuel Dennis. Although it’s not an official unveiling, Dennis was seen in the club’s training kits in a couple of images posted on the club’s social media accounts.

The Nigerian international was congratulated by his new club teammate and Super Eagles vice-captain, William Troost-Ekong.

Ex-Man Utd striker Odion Ighalo, who had a successful career with the Hornets, also wished the Super Eagles winger well in his new adventure.

Dennis is already getting used to his new environment with some gym work. He joins Watford after a disappointing campaign at both Club Brugge and Cologne.

The 23-year-old had a disciplinary issue with the Belgian Champions and made just nine league appearances in the first half of the campaign.

He spent the second half of the season on loan at FC Cologne, but it never turned out to be a success, playing just ten times and scoring on one occasion.
