Fans have been sending congratulatory messages to Kayode Olanrewaju following his ‘house warming’ party in Lagos on Monday night.
Friends and family joined the former Shakhtar Donetsk striker to celebrate the success of his new house which is located at Lekki, Lagos Nigeria.
Leading the congratulations is a member of the House of Representatives, Oloye Akin Alabi. The Ibadan born politician and author of Small Business Big Money took to his Twitter page to congratulate the Nigerian international.
He said: “I was privileged to attend the “house warming” of my dear aburo, football superstar, Kayode Olanrewaju, last night in Lekki, Lagos. What a lovely house you got there pal. Now, get back to scoring goals in a few days.”
Fans of the Super Eagles star also used that opportunity to congratulate the 26-year old on his new success.
It has been a successful last few months for Olanrewaju who is now enjoying his career at Turkish league club Gazişehir Gaziantep.
Following a rough spell at Manchester City and Sporting Gijon, Olanrewaju has found his feet again in Turkey. The 26-year-old has scored eight goals in 13 Super Lig matches, while he has also registered five assists.
