Better Than Ebere Eze – Another Nigerian Youngster Taking The Shine Off Tottenham Target

The QPR Number 10 has been hailed in several circles as the Hoop’s best performer this term, but another young Nigerian talent is beginning to win more applauds for his fine displays.

Bright Osayi-Samuel is set to be the next big star to emerge out of Queens Park Rangers following in the footsteps of teammate Eberechi Eze who is already widely regarded as one of the most exciting players in the Championship.

The 22-year-old speedster is adept at playing in any position across the front line. His versatility makes him an indispensable asset for Mark Warburton’s side. The Okija-born forward has appeared in 20 games this term for QPR, netting 4 goals and chipping in another 4 assists.

Bright is held in high esteem by QPR boss Warburton who thinks the youngster is just as influential as Eze to Rangers cause.

“Right now we have Ilias Chair, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Ebere Eze doing exceptionally well for us but with injuries, suspensions, form, you need to have options,” Warburton told the club’s website.

While Ebere Eze continues to get the newspaper headlines and attention from Premier League sides, Bright Osayi-Samuel has been improving his abilities, and productivity down Rangers left wing.

The former Blackpool midfielder delivered another solid showing as QPR dented the promotion hopes of high flyers Leeds United on Saturday.

And the compliments have started flowing in Bright’s direction with fans comparing him favourably with his exciting teammate, Eze.
