Nigeria Vs Brazil: Iwobi, Ekong, Ndidi Among Early Arrivals

Super Eagles stars are already gearing up for the eagerly anticipated clash against the Samba Boys of Brazil on Sunday in Singapore.

A couple of Nigerian players are already on their way to Singapore where the game will be played. In a tweet shared on Super Eagles official Twitter handle, players like Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, William Troost Ekong were seen on the flight to Singapore.

Super Eagles manager, Gernot Rohr was also part of the group which include Samuel Chukwueze, Emmanuel Dennis, Chidozie Awaziem, Ramon Azeez, Victor Osimhen and Maduka Okoye.

It will be the first meeting between the Super Eagles and the Samba boys since they both met at the Abuja National stadium in 2003. On that day, a Ronaldinho Brazil inspired side gave Nigeria a football lesson as they ran out 3-0 winners.

The Super Eagles will hope for a different outcome this time around. The match will hold at Singapore National Stadium on Sunday, October 13, with kick-off slated for 1 pm Nigerian time.
