Aleix Vidal rejoins Sevilla |
FC Barcelona have confirmed on their official website that right-wing player Aleix Vidal will leave the club this summer to join former club Sevilla FC.
Barcelona secured the signing of the player three seasons ago from Sevilla, but circumstances including injuries and inconsistency meant that the player struggled to get his name registered as a starter and now he has returned to his former club in a deal worth €8.5 million plus another 2 million in variables.
Aleix Vidal played a total of 49 games during his three seasons for Barca and won a total of eight titles including two La Liga titles. The star will join the likes of Paulinho and Lucas Digne in the list of players to be sold by Barca this summer transfer window.
