Super Eagles star, Alex Iwobi is in celebration mode following Arsenal’s return to winning ways as they edged Newcastle United 1-0 at the Emirates on Saturday.
Iwobi who for the second consecutive game got Arsene Wenger’s nod for a starting role said he was proud of the team and obviously the three points that have now taken them back to the top-four.
Iwobi played for 72 minutes before he was take off for Danny Welbeck in a game Arsenal had the opportunity to score as many goals.
Mesut Ozil’s 23rd minute wonder goal was all the Gunners needed to claim all three points up for grabs at the Emirates Stadium.
The latest win has taken Arsene Wenger’s side to 33 points from 18 matches, and sitting 4th spot on the English Premier League table for now.
