Enyimba teenager Ikouwem Udoh gets his first call-up into Super Eagles team camp in Abuja by coach Salisu Yusuf.
The 20-year-old left-back invited to home-based Super Eagles training base as part of ongoing preparation for the next month African Nations Championship [CHAN] in Morocco.
Ikouwem remarkable rise after just making his senior debut for the Peoples Elephant of Aba 19 march of this year in league tie against relegated ABS FC.
The youngster when on to make 10 NPFL appearances for Enyimba after been promoted their feeders team at the start of Nigeria League last season.
Ikouwem gets the attention of the home base chief coach in just recently concluded NPFL invitation tournament in Kano with CHAN Eagles eventually lift the trophy but his performance against Nigeria team which he gets his call-up.
Enyimba contingent has increased to five with Ibrahim Mustapha, Nasiru Sani, Austin Oladapo, and goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai have been invited before with 23 man squad will be announced by end of the month.
