Barcelona makes 2 last-minute bids for a combined €158m

Barcelona are looking forward to bringing these two superb players to Camp Nou before the window closes.

With the FSG and Jurgen Klopp holding firm at Liverpool, Barcelona are turning their attentions away from Anfield and onwards toward the Emirates and Stade Louis II as they seek replacements for Philippe Coutinho and seek to replenish a squad that looks woefully unfit to mount out any sort of challenge to Real Madrid’s supremacy in Spain and in Europe.

To this end, they are willing to take the money they’d set aside for the Coutinho splurge and shift to two bids – a whopping €98 million bid for Monaco’s Thomas Lemar (as per the Mirror) and another stunning €60 million bid for Mesut Ozil (as per the good folk at the Express) via Sportskeeda.
