Man Utd, Chelsea is set to meet Barca star release clause

Manchester United and Chelsea are set to trigger Barcelona star, Sergi Roberto’s release clause in order to bolster their squad in the coming season.

Sergi Established himself as one of the key members of the squad under Barcelona former coach Luis Enrique, the versatile player is capable of playing in the central midfielder position, defensive midfield andalso on the wings.

Sergi release clause is only €40 million which is something the Premier League giant can easily coughout in order to sign the Spanish international.

Despite the fact that Sergi is a valuable player to the Barcelona squad if the clause can be activated by Manchester or Chelsea in the coming days there is nothing much the Catalan outfit can do, as both Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte have spoken about adding some players to their respective teams beforethe start of the Premier Season.

Also, Sergi has experienced playing at the very top level and his displays for Barcelona in the ChampionsLeague and La Liga have been solid if not spectacular, he helped the Camp Nou outfit to clinch the Copa Del Rey last season.

The highly talented player will be a good addition to any of the squad and also taking his buy-out clause of €40 million into consideration in today’s market makes the deal seems to be a giveaway.
