Leicester City set to unveil Iheanacho

Former Premier League champions Leicester City areexpected to complete and effectively unveil Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho later today.

Iheanacho finally had his medicals with the Foxes on Tuesday after a lingering legal tussle had initially delayed the 20-year old striker.

Though it is understood that Iheanacho passed his medicals as widely expected, Leicester City were in no hurry to officially announce the signing on Tuesday but should do so all things being equal today (Wednesday).

It should be noted that Iheanacho will become the most expensive Nigerian star ever once his switch to ‘The Foxes’ is completed as it is said that his transfer fee is in the region of  25 million pounds.

Iheanacho’s switch to the King Power Stadium will increase the number of Nigerians at the club to three, with Ahmed Musa and Wilfred Ndidi already on the payroll at the former Premier League champions.
