Kenneth Omeruo has been dropped from Chelsea’s pre-season tour of Asia.
This latest snub, as has been the case since he joinedthe club five years ago, will signal yet another exit for the defender, who has spent all of his time at the clubout on loan.
But several reports have also claimed he could leave the Premier League champions on a permanent basis this time.
Chelsea are set for a tour of Asia to continue their pre-season run and will fly out of London tomorrow for China and Singapore, but without Omeruo, who captained a mainly U23 team in a friendly against Crawley Town.
The Nigeria international played for 75 minutes in that match, with his performance in the 1-1 draw withthe fourth-tier team described as “comfortable”.
He is now set for a move away from Stamford Bridge, with most of the offers that have come in for him being from Turkey, where he has played on loan over the last two seasons.
