Don Balon says Neymar, 25, is said to have become frustrated at the Nou Camp and could be open to quitting Barca.
And he has held talks over a Nou Camp exit.
The Brazil star has had discussions with both United and Paris St-Germain.
Reports yesterday claimed PSG are willing to pay Neymar’s stunning £197m release clause.
Barca would sign David Alaba,Marco Verratti and Antoine Griezmann or Paulo Dybala if they sold the La Liga star.
