Barcelona alerted as Real Madrid refuse to up Isco contract offer

Manchester City,Juventus and Barcelona are all watching the situation closely, with Perez prepared to sell for €50 million.

It was claimed yesterday in Madrid that City had failed with a €60 million offer for Isco last month.
