I want to score against Crystal Palace again – Iheanacho

Nigeria International, Kelechi Iheanacho has declared that he is looking forward to scoring against Crystal Palace this weekend if he is given the chance to star against the Eagles.

With two goals and two assists in just 150 minutes of football Iheanacho admits that he loves playing Crystal Palace.

Speaking of his record against the Eagles, Kelechi told City’s official website that Coach Alan Pardew’s side remain a tough team and should be treated with some respect.

He said : “They are very strong and have very good wingers so they will believe they can win this game.

“We have to be careful, respect them and expect this to be a very difficult match.

“Crystal Palace will always be a special game for me because I scored my first goal against them and if I play on Saturday, I hope to score another against them.”

Iheanacho, who returned from duty with Nigeria earlier this week, has bagged 18 goals from just 16 starts in all competitions – an incredible record – and has appeared as a sub on 31 occasions.
