Onazi Joins Turkish Club On 4-Year Deal

Super Eagles midfielder,  Ogenyi Onazi has joined Turkish Super Lig side, Trabzonspor on a four-year-deal.

The Lazio midfielder was welcomed by large numbers of Trabzonspor supporters on arrival in Turkey. Trabzonspor are desperate to add to their ranks after an underwhelming 2015-16 campaign, where they had to settle for 12th place.

Onazi arrived Turkey in the early hours of Tuesday in company of his agent Ayodele Makinwa. The 23-year-old Nigeria international only started 14 times in Serie A last season, though, and does not feature in Simone Inzaghi’s plans for 2016-17.
