Ideye, Ezekiel, Others storm Eagles Camp For Tanzania Clash

The duo of Olympiacos striker, Brown Ideye and Al-Arabi SC of Qatar forward, Imoh Ezekiel are among players that stormed the Super Eagles camp in Uyo early, in the first day of players arrival for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against the Taifas of Tanzania.

About six players hit the camp quite early on Monday, while handful of others who have flight delays arrived in Lagos, including new German technical adviser, Gernot Rohr, and are expected to arrive in Uyo later today.

The players in camp as at 4pm on Monday include,Emmanuel Daniel, Jamiu Alimi, Brown Ideye, Victor Osimhen, Imoh Ezekiel and Musa Muhammed; others like team captain, Mikel John Obi, and few others are expected in camp on Tuesday for the game against the East African country.

Both Nigeria and Tanzania are out of contention for the 2017 AFCON ticket, as Pharaohs of Egypt have already claimed the group’s sole ticket for the Africa’s biennial soccer fiesta.
