Nigeria duo of Imoh Ezekiel (due to Olympic
involvement) and Stefano Chuka Okaka was missing in action for Anderlecht (attack)
as the Belgium giant defeated Slavia Prague 0-3.
Nigerian defender Musa
Mohammad was missing in action for Istanbul Basaksehir match day squad as they
lost 1-2 to Ukraine giants Shakhtar Donetsk.
In-form striker Emmanuel
Emenike lasted the entire duration of the game for Fenerbahce side on the right
wing as they defeated visiting side Grasshopper FC with a huge 3-0 win.
Nigeria Super Eagles
invitee Wilfred (Onyinye) Ndidi lasted the entire duration of the game in the double
midfield pivot as his visiting side Genk FC drew 2-2 at host NK Lokomotiva.
Nigeria forward and AZ
Alkmaar new signing Fred Friday grabbed the second goal for his side in the 45th
minute as he finished a one-on-one move in between the goalkeeper’s legs to
make it 2-0 as they defeated host Vojvodina FC 3-0 away from home.
Gent talented forward
Moses Simon came on in the 73rd minute for Thomas Matton as they
defeated FK Shkendija 2-1.
Olympiacos forward
Brown Ideye lasted the entire duration of the game upfront as they claimed a
vital 0-1 away win at Arouca FC.
AS Trencin duo of
defender Christopher Udeh and Samuel Kalu lasted the entire duration of the
game while Aliko Bala lasted only 63rd minute and was replaced by
Erik Prekop while midfield talent Ibrahim Rabiu came into the fray at 62nd
minute of the game to replace Denis Janco as AS Trencin lost 0-4 at home to
visiting side Rapid Wien.
