Nigeria-eligible midfielder Phillip Anyanwu Billing is on the radar of the newly-promoted Premier League side, Norwich City.
According to Football Insider, The Canaries have opened talks with Bournemouth regarding a transfer for Billing.
With the departure of Emi Buendia to Aston Villa, the Copenhagen born midfielder is believed to be the most likely replacement in the attacking midfield position for the Canaries.
The Canaries have been monitoring the situation of the 25-year-old since June this year, as reported by The Mirror.
But despite the interest from The Canaries, the midfielder is not tempted by the attraction of Premier League football, with reports saying he loves playing for new Bournemouth Manager, Scott Parker.
The midfielder has a lot of experience playing in the England top-flight. He played for Huddersfield Town in the 2017/18 Premier League season. After their relegation two seasons later, he moved to Bournemouth.
Billing has played only one game for the Denmark senior team, a friendly match against the Faroe Islands, but he is still eligible to play for Nigeria National team.
